TERMS OF USE – GOALKEEPERS
By registering as a goalkeeper on the Meu Lance platform, the user declares that they have read, understood, and fully agree to these Terms.
Acceptance occurs by checking the option:
"I have read and agree to the Goalkeeper Terms"
If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
These terms govern the use of the platform by users registered as goalkeepers, who may:
Offer their services
Set prices
Receive match invitations
Manage their availability
The goalkeeper declares awareness that:
They act autonomously and independently
They have no relationship of any kind with Meu Lance
Meu Lance does not establish:
employment relationship
corporate relationship
commercial partnership
representation of any kind
The goalkeeper must:
Provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date information
Keep their data updated
Correctly inform: cities served, available times, price per match
Meu Lance does not pre-validate the information provided.
The goalkeeper is solely responsible for:
Setting their price per match
Updating their prices
Meu Lance does not interfere with, suggest, or participate in pricing.
The goalkeeper may:
Receive match invitations
Accept or decline freely
By accepting a match, the goalkeeper commits to attendance.
Payments related to matches:
Are made directly between users
May occur by any means agreed between the parties (e.g., bank transfer, cash, etc.)
Are not processed by the platform
Meu Lance:
does not intermediate payments
does not receive amounts for matches
does not participate in financial transactions
bears no responsibility for payments, delays, or defaults
The goalkeeper is fully responsible for:
Attending accepted matches
Keeping agreed schedules
Meu Lance is not responsible for:
goalkeeper absence
delays
cancellations
failures in service delivery
The goalkeeper must:
Communicate cancellations in advance
Keep their schedule updated
Frequent cancellations or inappropriate behavior may result in:
warnings
reduced visibility
suspension
removal from the platform
After matches, users may rate each other.
Ratings will consider criteria such as:
punctuality
technical level
behavior
Ratings may be used by Meu Lance to:
Display public reputation
Influence goalkeeper visibility
Set priority in invitations
Apply internal measures
Meu Lance may, based on ratings:
Issue warnings
Reduce visibility
Limit features
Suspend or delete the account
The goalkeeper declares awareness that:
Ratings reflect the experience of other users
Meu Lance does not guarantee the absolute accuracy of ratings
The platform is not responsible for third-party opinions
To use the platform as a goalkeeper, the following may be required:
Monthly subscription
Meu Lance may change prices, modify plans, and adjust conditions without prior notice, in compliance with applicable law.
The goalkeeper authorizes the use of their image, name, and videos for promotion, marketing, social media, and platform content.
The goalkeeper is responsible for:
Information displayed on the profile
Published content
Meu Lance may remove content at any time.
Meu Lance is not responsible for:
match cancellations
conflicts between users
defaults
damages arising from service delivery
Meu Lance may suspend accounts, remove goalkeepers, and cancel access in case of breach of terms, inappropriate behavior, or harm to the platform.
The platform may experience failures, interruptions, and maintenance without right to compensation.
The goalkeeper may request account cancellation.
Meu Lance may retain data as required by law.
The terms may be changed at any time.
Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the changes.
Governed by Brazilian law
Jurisdiction of Porto Alegre/RS court
Nullity of any clause does not invalidate the others
Tolerance does not imply waiver of rights
